It is everything that i was looking for with an excellent price. I was a little nervous because buying something off of internet is always 50/50. This bag is durable, solid, the metal is not chintzy, and holds all my crap. The lunch box portion holds my meal prep container, snacks, Coke Zero and protein shake with no issues and keeps my food cold for my work day. Sometimes it is a game of Tetris in the lunch box because i eat a lot but this bag completely ELIMINATES the need for multiple bags aka no bag lady! I get tons of compliments from patients and 2 patients have actually purchased this bag for their work and love it too.
